The Venues Collection partner with Off Limits to provide team building to meet client demand for multipurpose and outdoor events.

The Venues Collection (TVC) has partnered with events agency Off Limits to provide indoor and outdoor team building challenges at six of their nationwide venues.

The partnership will see Off Limits create an extensive range of team-building exercises for customers at Kents Hill Park in Milton Keynes, Yarnfield Park in Staffordshire, Milton Hill House in Oxfordshire, Eastwood Hall in Nottinghamshire and Sedgebrook Hall in Northamptonshire.

Jo Austin, Sales Director for The Venues Collection said: “This summer, should see a boom in companies wishing to use outdoor spaces to bring together their teams after a year of remote working. We are also hoping to see a rise in ‘multipurpose events’ that satisfy a range of business requirements. Key company messages, education, motivation, team building and networking elements can all be covered off in one meeting… and won’t it be great to see people face to face. Team members have missed out on so many traditional staff gatherings, company events and physical touchpoints over the past year so, this summer companies should embrace them all.

“Our venues have fantastic outside spaces and so we have partnered with Off Limits who will bring the best out of our venues and use them to create inspirational and exciting challenges for our customers, this, in turn, will complement the indoor and outdoor meeting and training spaces that we offer,” Austin continues.

Activities include ‘Lock Box’, a variety of Teamwork Challenges and ‘Crystal Quest’ – for individuals and teams, lasting from 1.5 hours to 2.5 hours depending on the activity and team numbers.

Each venue is operating following the strict guidance of the Collection’s  ‘Stay Safe, Feel Safe COVID Secure Standards Charter’ The six-point charter includes sections on cleaning & hygiene, social distancing, food & drink service, team training, contactless service and The Venues Collections ‘Book with Confidence Guarantee’.
