Keeping You Safe

Since the start of the pandemic, our number one priority has been the Covid safety of our team members and customers. So, as we gradually return to normal, we want to make sure you continue to feel safe when visiting us.

In line with Government guidance, we are pleased to confirm that we will be safely easing some restrictions. For more information see our FAQ’s below.

We will continue to monitor and act on advice from the UK government regarding COVID-19 measures and adjust our standards accordingly.

Thank you for supporting us and we hope to welcome you to our venue in the very near future.

Good to go England

We are now accredited by Visit Britain’s, “We’re Good To Go” standard, which is the official UK mark to signal that a tourism and hospitality business has worked hard to follow Government and industry COVID-19 guidelines and has a process in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social distancing.

Did you know?

Our team was the first hotel in the UK, to work with Public Health England and the World Health Organisation to repatriate British citizens and their families, after being flown from Wuhan City in China, the epicentre of the current outbreak of Coronavirus.

We were delighted all guests tested negative for the Coronavirus, however, our experience has led the way for working in these unprecedented times and all the considerations that go with it.
