We will draw one winner at random on each of the following dates: 1st December 2025, 1st March 2026 and 1st June 2026 (or nearest working day). The winner will be contacted by email or phone. The winner must respond within 3 months to claim their prize.

The rewards programme is open to anyone who books business meetings, conferences or events. Unfortunately, at this time the programme can’t support anyone who has a non-standard contract with The Venues Collection. Other exemptions may apply, please speak to your account manager for more information.
